MANUAL HANDLING OBSERVATIONS Keep all principles in mind and apply them in every situation - at work and in your daily life! In April we observed 95 Partners and all passed the observation. Well done! LIFT WELL TO LIVE WELL! BE SAFE!

OPERATIONAL TRAINING - NEW SCREENS ON DECANT New screens and updated process have been successfully implemented! We appreciate the cooperation of all Partners in learning the new process and PWTs' support in this event!
APPRENTICESHIP - MULTIVERSE KEY CHANGES TO FUNCTIONAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Removal of mandatory level 2 qualifications: The ESFA has removed the mandatory requirment for apprentices who where 19 years or older at the start of their apprenticeship to achive level 2 English and Maths functional skills qualifications. These changes only apply to apprentices who were 19 years or older at the start of their apprenticeship. Apprentices who were 16-18 years old at the start of their apprenticeship will continue to follow the existing functional skills requirements.

NATIONAL APPRENTICESHIP WEEK 2025
IN MAGNA PARK Week of amaizng opportunities to learn more about various apprenticeships! Online workshops, meetings across three shifts with expierienced Partners who completed the apprenticeship journey with success and one day meeting with Progression Team on the site, made the week - event successful! Thank you all for you inrestes and great engagement!

OPERATIONAL TRAINING Lots of cross trainings completed to learn more skills and support other departments and roles! Do you want to upskill? Speak to your manager about it!
TRAINING ROADSHOW A fantastic event was held to showcase all the learning and development opportunities available at Magna Park and Partnership. There were 130 Partners in attendance who expressed interest in development opportunities. Thank you to everyone who signed up for workshops, with the full schedule available up to June, as well as other courses and programmes. Your development opportunities are here for you to take advantage of. Make sure you don't miss out on the chance for your personal growth and advancement in your career!
